I did not receive an order confirmation/tracking number to my email

We send an order confirmation/tracking number immediately after the order is placed. Sometimes the email entered is incorrect or our email has landed in spam. Please check your spam box, and if you did not find the order confirmation email/tracking number, send us a message with the name you entered in the order and we will help check why the email did not arrive.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, however the cancellation must be within the first hour since you ordered otherwise we will not be able to locate your order.

I received a wrong/defective product

We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our team works hard to ship exactly what you ordered, but sometimes mistakes happen. Please send us a message with the original order number and photos of the products you received and we will take care of sending you new products at our expense.

When will I get my order?

At checkout, you will have the option to choose between three shipping options. These options are as follows:

Standard shipping (tracked): 7-16 business days- free

Insured standard shipping (tracked): 7-16 business days- 1.90$

Insured express shipping (tracked): 5-10 business days-9.90$

Each shipping method takes 1-2 business days to ship the order.

Shipping is worldwide.

Please note that all orders come with a tracking number to keep you informed about the status of your shipment.

My shipment is late for the time mentioned in the shipping method I chose.

We are very sorry, rarely the delivery can be delayed by a day or two due to a load of orders, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
If you ordered express delivery and it is late, send us a message at support@raviyon.com and we will refund you with the amount you paid for the express delivery.

Can I pay in cash?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to pay in cash.

Why am I not getting an answer?

Sometimes we have a load on customer service, we guarantee you will get a reply within 24 hours. Order cancellations will be answered first.

Can I order in a physical store?

We are working on setting up physical stores in the United States this year, however it is currently not available to pay in physical stores.
